In our webinars, we offer you useful information about the event. Learn everything personally and directly from the team. You’ll receive tips on visitor marketing and booth optimization, among other things. The webinars will take place between April and September 2026. Read on for important details!

  • All additional event services, such as electricity and water connections, internet access, and booth staff, can be ordered from April onwards using the corresponding order forms. These can be found in the download center.

    Insurance of the exhibition goods against fire, lightning, explosion and natural hazards up to a value of max. CHF 10,000 .- is included in the All-In stand package. You will not receive a certificate of insurance. If you would like to be insured for more than the above-mentioned value, you can apply directly to Basler Versicherung AG.

  • To invite your customers and business partners, use your personal voucher code (prio code). You will receive this code from the Ilmac team starting in April. If you don’t have the code handy, please contact us by email at info@ilmac.ch.

    Distribute the priority code as widely as possible. The priority code offers numerous possibilities for your invitation management. For example, you can include it in emails, your signature, newsletters, on your website, on orders and invoices, and in your advertisements. You can also generate your own banners. All information, including the Ilmac logo, can be found in the download center.

    We reward successful visitor marketing. The exhibiting company with the most visitors (measured in terms of passing through the turnstile), in each of the categories 9/18/36 m2, will receive a restaurant voucher of their choice worth CHF 500.

  • To register your booth staff, please use the link to the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC). You received this link via email in your event planner.

    The following exhibitor ticket contingent is available for you:

    • 9 m² = 6 pieces
    • 18 m² = 12 pieces
    • 36 m² = 18 pieces
    • each additional exhibitor ticket CHF 30.-

    The Startup and Association Packages each include 2 exhibitor cards.

    THE BEST THING: The digital media “Starter” package is included in your Ilmac registration. To benefit from the package, please register at  https://registration.365.ilmac.ch/ILMAC365/registrations/Start. We will then give you the admin access details for your company page – send us an email with the name of the desired user to 365@ilmac.ch . From then on, you can add your colleagues to your company page yourself once they have created a personal profile for the platform. You can find an overview of the package here!

  • Set-up: Tuesday, 22.09.2026 from 7.00 a. m. – 18.00 p.m..
    22.09. is service day of stand builder Syma. Last minute items can be ordered on site.

    Dismantling: Thursday, 24.09. from 17.15 p. m. – 22.00 p.m.  and Friday, 25.09.2026 from 7.00 a.m. – 12.00 a. m.

    The stands must be cleared by 12.00 a. m. on Friday, otherwise the material will be removed and destroyed.

  • We recommend traveling by public transport
    Lausanne has a central train station on the Geneva-Zurich line, which is very important in western Switzerland. From Lausanne station, opposite the main exit, you can reach Ilmac in about 10 minutes by bus line 21 (5 stops) to the Beaulieu stop. You are now just a few steps away from Ilmac. When you get off the bus, you will see the Hall 36 building in front of you. Keep left and then right. Pay attention to the signs on site.

    Arriving by car
    Of course you can also arrive by car. Lausanne is a highway junction in French-speaking Switzerland. From the Blécherette exit on the A9, it is only 5 minutes to the Beaulieu Congress Center. Parking is available in the underground garage, but is limited. Please note that there are no exhibitor parking cards and the parking ticket must be paid for at the ticket machine when leaving. Vehicles under 1.90 meters can park without any problems. For larger vehicles we recommend: Parking relais Vélodrome
