All additional event services such as electricity and water connections, internet access and stand personnel can now be ordered using the corresponding order forms. You can find these in the Download Center.

Use your personal voucher code (Prio Code) to invite your customers and business partners. You will receive this code from the Ilmac team in mid-April. If you do not have the code to hand, please register by e-mail: info@ilmac.ch
Spread the Prio Code as much as possible. The Prio Code opens up many possible uses for your invitation management. For example, by e-mail, in your signature, in newsletters, on your website, on orders and invoices, in your advertisements. From April you can generate your banners in the download center.
We reward successful visitor marketing. The exhibiting company with the most visitors (measured in terms of passing through the turnstile), in each of the categories 9/18/36 m2, will receive a restaurant voucher of their choice worth CHF 500.

To register stand personnel, please use the link to the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC). You have received this link by e-mail in the event planner. You are welcome to use the video.
The following exhibitor ticket contingent is available for you:
- 9 m² = 6 pieces
- 18 m² = 12 pieces
- 36 m² = 18 pieces
- each additional exhibitor ticket CHF 30.-
The startups receives 2 exhibition ticket.

THE BEST THING: The digital media “Starter” package is included in your Ilmac registration. To benefit from the package, please register at https://registration.365.ilmac.ch/ILMAC365/registrations/Start. We will then give you the admin access details for your company page – send us an email with the name of the desired user to 365@ilmac.ch . From then on, you can add your colleagues to your company page yourself once they have created a personal profile for the platform. You can find an overview of the package here!

Set-up for system stands: Tuesday, 17.09.2024 from 7.00 a. m. – 18.00 p.m..
17.09. is service day of stand builder Syma. Last minute items can be ordered on site.Dismantling: Thursday, 19.09. from 17.15 p. m. – 22.00 p.m. and Friday, 20.09.2024 from 7.00 a.m. – 12.00 a. m.
The stands must be cleared by 12.00 a. m. on Friday, otherwise the material will be removed and destroyed.

Our logistics partner Sempex will be happy to assist you so that you can receive goods and set up your stand as efficiently as possible. You can find the handling tariffs in the download center under order forms.
Important: For safety reasons, please do not use your own motorized industrial trucks. If you require one for deliveries, please contact Sempex.
If you plan on coming by car, please use the parking garage directly on site and carry the goods to the hall. In this case, you will not need a slot registration. Drivers wanting to drive their cars to the hall in the delivery zone require a slot registration and must book the delivery via the Sempex logistics tool. Cars under 1.9 m must use the parking garage after delivery of the goods and have direct access to Hall 36. For larger deliveries or vehicles, it is mandatory to use the logistics tool for slot registration. The tool will be available approx. 4 weeks before the event. You will receive an e-mail when the logistics tool is online. If you have any questions, please contact Irma Boric from Sempex directly. She will be happy to help you with all logistics services.
