Job Connect is a meeting place at Ilmac and connects companies and professionals in the life sciences industry. We provide you with opportunities to exchange ideas directly on site and digitally with industry-relevant specialists.

Meet & Greet package

In the exclusive “Meet & Greet Zone” you have the chance to meet potential candidates in person and present your company in an appealing & relaxed environment. Take the opportunity to showcase your company to attract talented professionals to your team. Secure a limited place in the “Meet & Greet Zone” now. The following services are included:

• Use of the Meet & Greet Zone for 60 minutes. An attractive, furnished zone including monitor and refrigerator is available for your use
• Possibility to distribute flyers or advertising material in the zone during the presentation
• Placement of your advertising material (e.g. roll-ups) in the Meet & Greet Zone during your presentation
• 2 job descriptions incl. company logo on the Job Wall

Startup – Area

The platform for startups, newcomers from the life science industry and newcomers to the trade fair.

The Startup Booth includes and is limited to:

• 3 m² area
• 1 back wall (illuminated frame incl. graphic print)
• 1 table, 1 bar stool
• Incl. electricity, carpet, cleaning etc.
• Digital media package “Starter”
• 1 Scan2Lead standard license

Prerequisite for participation

• Your company is no more than 3 years old (commercial register excerpt). If this is not the case, please justify why you are still a start-up when you register
• You have a current innovation in the field of laboratory technology, process technology biotechnology or chemistry
• Your products or services have ideally only been on the market for a short time or are about to be launched on the market
• Live presentation of 3-5 minutes to the audience
• Limited number of participants
• Your application will be checked first and you will receive the final confirmation at a later date

Video production on site

Video production CHF 990.-
(60-second company video in HD-quality directly from the exhibit at your stand. Postproduction (editing, title insertion, sound, German subtitles) within 24 hours. The videos are produced in the CI/CD of the event (Intro-Outro with logo). The video can also be produced without event branding for an additional charge of CHF 100.-
