The m-manager offers you the possibility to order services, furniture and installations quickly and easily online, to modify orders and to configure your stand.
In addition, you will find an order and cost overview in the m-manager.
Registration
A login is required to place orders in m-manager. If you still have the login data from a previous trade show participation, you can log in directly with it. If you are using the m-manager for the first time, please register as a new user at www.m-manager.com under the menu item “Order services/ Register”. Your registration will be confirmed directly by e-mail. Within one working day you will receive a second e-mail informing you about the activation of your self-selected user name and password. With this data you have access to the m-manager.
Order
Find out about the order deadlines in the menu item “Ordering”/”Order deadlines” tab to ensure that you order and thus also receive the desired services in good time.
In the menu item “Order” you will find the individual items listed in different tabs. Enter the desired quantity in each case and confirm your order at the foot of the page with the
button “Order ➡︎”. To modify or cancel your order, click on it in the order list and edit it in the same way.
Stand Configurator
In order to plan your stand optimally, it is important that you place your ordered connections (water, electrical, communication) in the stand configurator (“My stand” menu, “Stand configurator” tab).
This is only relevant for main exhibitors without a system stand.
Insurance
Insurance coverage is mandatory for all exhibitors. Please note that we will take out insurance at your expense if you do not explicitly waive it. Therefore, please fill out the form for an insurance waiver – or application – in m-manager.
