Important logistics information:


Check your insurance cover and don't forget to send us the insurance application or insurance waiver.

If we do not receive one of these forms from you, we will automatically provide you with insurance cover, with the premium being charged to the exhibitor.


MCH Messe Basel operates a modern and innovative logistics process. As the key measure, all journeys to transport goods to and from the Messe Basel exhibition site must be registered in advance for a specific time slot. The journeys to be made by your caterer during the fair can also be booked beforehand.

Storage for your empties or a fork-lift truck for a special exhibit can be ordered in m-manager.

You will be sent the login data for the logistics tool on 9 August. You will find the dates and more informations from the first August week under

All-in Package

Are you already familiar with our all-in logistics package? You can have your goods collected from anywhere in Switzerland and taken directly to your stand space. This will save you a great deal of time and effort.

Quotations can also be drawn up for exhibitors from abroad. Contact our logistics partner for a quote for transporting your goods:

Messe Basel Customs Office

Messe Basel has its own customs office on the exhibition site. Find out beforehand about customs formalities and opening hours to ensure smooth processing at the Messe Basel checkpoint.

Save money by providing your stand builder with information on waste disposal. We charge exhibitors CHF 250 per cubic metre, or part thereof, for waste that is not cleared up. A range of waste containers are available from the Hall Manager during assembly and dismantling.
